Job Duties:

Wait Staff
– Greet and escort customers to their tables
– Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions,
ingredients or potential food allergies)
– Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses
– Inform customers about the day’s specials
– Offer menu recommendations upon request
– Up-sell additional products when appropriate
– Take accurate food and drinks orders
– Check customers’ IDs to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for
consumption of alcoholic beverages
– Serve food and drink orders
– Comply with all health department regulations
– Provide excellent customer service to guests

Bartender
– Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
– Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
– Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
– Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
– Plan and present bar menu
– Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
– Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
– Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
– Comply with all health department regulations

Cook
– Cleans food preparation areas as determined by law and company policy
– Prepares foods to the specifications of the customer
– Seasons food according to recipes or company needs
– Orders ingredients and spices as needed
– Operates various kitchen appliance such as a blender, oven, grill, or stand mixer
Portions, arranges, and garnishes food based on client preference
– Cleans up after business hours

Experience / qualifications:
– Must be TABC Certified
– Must be willing to submit to a Drug Screen and BG check

Pay details:
Wait Staff – $2.13 per hour plus tips
Bartender – $7.25 per hour plus tips
Cook – $7.25
