Part-time Office Assistant needed for company in Port Neches. Duties will include but are not limited to: calling to remind clients of upcoming appointments, clerical duties such as faxing, scanning, filing and typing answering phones, preparing monthly birthday cards, preparing monthly annual review letters and disclosures, imputing data in Sales force system, assisting Financial Advisor with seminars and branch meetings.
