Part-time Executive Sales Assistant needed for Insurance Agency in Beaumont. Minimum 2 years sales, marketing, and appointment setting experience required. Duties will include but are not limited to: Coordinating pre-workshop implementation with business owner or point person. Calling and introducing yourself, creating timeline, creating employee invitations and posters, following up to confirm attendance. Coordinating successful workshop. Assisting room setup with Marketing Assistant. Assisting AV setup with Marketing Assistant if needed. Greeting and distributing workshop folders to attendees. Assisting presenter as needed. Booking appointments with attendees. Assisting Marketing Assistant with cleaning room after event and loading equipment and supplies. Coordinating post-workshop implementation with business owner or point person. Thanking them in person. Booking next event. Creating and mailing post-workshop package. Making follow up thank you calls. Scheduling a minimum of ten workshop attendee appointments with company retirement planner every week. Booking appointments at event. Making follow up calls to book appointments. Additional Marketing. CRM and drip campaign management to build email list. This is a part-time position that will only require 16 to 20 hours per month but will eventually work into a full-time position. Starting pay will be $15.00-17.00 per hour once full-time and part-time pay will be $20.00-25.00 per hour. Life insurance license is a plus.
