Marketing and Audiovisual Assistant needed for Insurance company in Beaumont. Minimum 2 years of the following Audiovisual equipment experience required: PowerPoint, laptop, projector, projector screen, wireless lapel mike and amplified speaker setup. In addition, must be able to lift 50 pounds. Duties will include but are not limited to: Pre-workshop: Testing all Audiovisual equipment. Organizing all equipment and supplies for event with Sales Assistant. Transporting all equipment and supplies from office to event site. Setting up and testing all Audiovisual equipment. Assisting Sales Assistant as needed – greeting and distributing workshop folders to attendees. Assisting presenter as needed. Assisting Sales Assistant with cleaning room after event and loading equipment and supplies. Transporting all equipment and supplies from event back to office.
