Must have a minimum of 7 years legal experience in civil litigation – Plaintiff work is a plus. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, legal and administrative tasks, preparing/drafting pleadings, motions and discovery, and trial preparation. Some federal court experience preferred. Applicant must have a working knowledge and experience with various software including Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, etc.), Microsoft Outlook (including calendar), eFiling in State and Federal Courts, Lexis Advanced and Sage Timeslips. Applicant must be organized, detail oriented and a strong multi-tasker, with the ability to adapt to new and changing situations quickly.
